FrontlineCloud's various subscriptions have limits on the number of interactions (inbound/outbound SMS, missed calls and API requests) that can be created per month.
The Free subscription is there to provide everyone with access to a trial demo of Frontline before needing a credit card. If you require higher limits than are available on a Free subscription, you will need to switch to a live paid plan.
A FrontlineCloud subscription costs $100 per month as a base and we advise that you get in touch with our team to make sure you have all of the automation and management features that you need and a relevant to your project. We also have an article on the different ways to pay for Frontline
To switch from a Free plan to a paid plan, you'll can enter your credit card details directly in the platform by following the steps below:
- Go to your workspace subscription page https://cloud.frontlinesms.com/go/payment
- Here you'll need to enter your credit card details, first line of your billing address and postal or zip code. This will upgrade to a paid subscription of $100, and you will be automatically billed every month. Cancelling is easy, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or do it on that same page.
