FrontlineSMS is open-source software, and you are free to download and use it for no cost. We provide free technical support via our community site, but this support is only available to organizations or individuals using FrontlineSMS for non-profit activities. We also provide free FrontlineSMS user resources, (such as a step-by-step guide, a guide to installing and troubleshooting modems and online help) which are available here on our website.
If you have consistent internet access, you can also upgrade to FrontlineCloud, which allows you to handle many of the same transactions in a cloud-hosted, web-based application. Please note that FrontlineCloud requires a monthly fee.
